We have decided to be brave and self-publish The Spinning Silks Saga.
This book club is our innovative way of being able to afford to publish the books and predetermine the numbers for printing the initial run so we don’t make a massive cock up! But also hopefully this will be a good way of slowing the pace of life allowing you to savour something and to help battle that need for instant gratification that we are all guilty of.
The cost of the book club bundle is less than the price of a large first-class stamp per week, priced with the aim of making it accessible to everyone.

THE SPINNING SILKS SAGA
A Tangled Web
Sage, an unhappily married young woman, escapes from her brutish husband and equally unpleasant mother-in-law with her son. Fleeing from the confines of a dilapidated colonial plantation in the West Indies back to her maternal grandparents in Newmarket, Sage gains solace from her poignant association with a tricky racehorse in her grandfather's care. Then there is a boy - Ralph Dunbarton, a handsome, intriguing trainer from just the other side of the heath. A Tangled Web is the first book in The Spinning Silks Saga, a trilogy that pulls on the different threads of man's tensile relationships with animals, nature, family, lovers and foes.
